Hi! I'm Emily Quinn.I'm a ballsy intersex activist who uses humor and storytelling to create a more welcoming world for people who don’t fit in a box.
I travel the world speaking about what it's like to be intersex, in an effort to show people that it's okay to be different. Intersex people have all sorts of variations in our chromosome, genitalia, hormones, or other sex traits. There are so many possibilities outside of male and female. Humans can't fit so neatly into the boxes that we create for ourselves. Our differences should be celebrated, not shamed! |
